My trainings are designed for those who want to deepen their relationship with energy, consciousness, sound and healing—whether for their own personal development or in service to others.
While each training offers practical skills and techniques, the deeper intention is not simply to learn another modality.
It's to become more aware of how we participate in the spaces we create.
Through experiential learning, energy practices, reflection, nervous system awareness and embodied application, we explore how to perceive more deeply, discern more clearly and respond with greater presence and integrity.

A Foundation for Energy Awareness & Practice
I offer progressive Reiki education for those interested in personal practice, working with others and advanced practitioner development.
Depending upon the training cycle, offerings may include:

Each level includes the appropriate energetic placements or attunements, instruction, experiential practice
and opportunities for integration. While lineage and technique matter, my teaching also emphasizes the qualities that allow Reiki to be practiced responsibly.

QUANTUM REIKI
Energy Work for an Expanding Understanding of Consciousness
Quantum Reiki grew from my own exploration of Reiki, energy medicine, consciousness, Universal Law and the relationship between intention, awareness and energetic experience.
Rather than replacing traditional Reiki, Quantum Reiki builds upon its foundations while offering additional frameworks for exploring consciousness, coherence, intention and possibility.
The curriculum develops progressively:

Begin by exploring your own energetic system, patterns of consciousness and capacity to intentionally participate in your wellbeing.
Quantum Reiki Level 2
Facilitation • Discernment • Expanded Application
Develop the awareness and practical skills to facilitate individual and group experiences while deepening practitioner presence, neutrality, coherence and discernment.
Advanced / Master-Level Study
Embodiment • Leadership • Teaching
Continue beyond technique into deeper practitioner development, facilitation, leadership, ethical responsibility and the embodiment of the principles being taught.
Quantum Reiki isn't intended to provide a final explanation for consciousness or healing. It offers a framework for exploring them.
SOUND HEALING
FACILITATOR TRAINING
Learn the Instruments. Understand the Experience. Embody the Practice.
Sound is both remarkably simple and extraordinarily complex.
We experience it physically, emotionally, neurologically, energetically and relationally.
My Sound Healing Facilitator Training combines practical instrument instruction with a deeper exploration of how sound experiences are created and received.
Training may include:
• Crystal singing bowls
• Himalayan singing bowls
• Gongs
• Drums and rattles
• Chimes
• Voice and toning
• Additional melodic and vibrational instruments
• Foundational music theory
• Resonance and entrainment
• Nervous system considerations
• Intention and session design
• Individual and group facilitation

Students receive both structured instruction and opportunities to experiment, listen and develop their own authentic facilitation style.
You don't need to sound like me.
The goal is to learn the principles well enough that your own relationship with sound can emerge.

The Philosophy Behind The Teaching
No modality contains the whole truth about a human being.
Reiki is a map.
The chakra system is a map.
The nervous system is a map.
Quantum models are maps.
Psychology offers maps.
Spiritual traditions offer maps.
Maps can be extraordinarily useful.
But the person in front of us is always larger than the map.
My intention as an educator is therefore not to tell students which single framework explains reality.
It is to help them develop the awareness, discernment and practical skill to use frameworks wisely—while remaining responsive to the living experience in front of them.
