Before Your Session…

Please plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes before your session.

If this is your first session, I’ll have you settle into our Apothecary lounge and complete a guided Energy Alignment Assessment.

Your Energy Alignment Assessment isn't intended to diagnose you.
It's designed to help you notice yourself.

Before the session, you may rate or describe areas such as:

Energy • Stress • Grounding • Mental Clarity • Emotional Ease • Physical Tension • Connection to Self

Afterward, you'll have an opportunity to notice those same areas again.

There isn't a "correct" outcome. You may experience a significant shift, a subtle change, new awareness, deep relaxation—or simply recognize something you hadn't noticed before.
All of that is information.

Over multiple sessions, your assessments can help you observe your experience over time rather than relying solely on what either of us thinks should be happening.

The intention isn't to prove that something happened.

It's to become more aware of what did.

After Your Session…

GIVE YOURSELF SPACE TO INTEGRATE

Your Recalibration doesn't necessarily end when you leave the room.

You may leave feeling deeply relaxed, energized, reflective, emotionally open—or simply like yourself. There is no particular response you're supposed to have.

When possible, give yourself a little space after your session before moving immediately back into a full schedule.

You may want to have a few simple things available at home:

• Water or herbal tea to support hydration and create a simple pause
• A nourishing meal or snack, especially if your appointment falls between meals
• Comfortable clothing and a quiet space if you feel drawn to rest
• A journal for anything you want to remember, explore or simply notice
• Epsom salts if a warm bath is a relaxing ritual you enjoy
• Gentle movement, stretching or time outdoors if your body feels ready to move
• A favorite meditation, calming playlist or quiet time if you want to remain inward a little longer

None of these practices are required.

The most useful form of integration is often simply noticing.

Notice how you feel later that day.
Notice how you sleep.
Notice what feels different—or what doesn't.
Notice what your body asks for.
Notice what becomes clearer over the next few days without needing to immediately interpret it.

Let the experience unfold before deciding what it meant.

Following your session, I'll send you a brief integration email with additional suggestions and an invitation to reflect on anything you noticed.

Your experience belongs to you.

My role is to create a supportive space for the session. Your role afterward isn't to achieve a particular outcome—it's simply to remain curious about your own experience.
